Standard Owner and Seller Customer Service Hours
Monday - Saturday, except for Holiday and Holiday weekends.

If you email or call before 3:00pm (M-Sat), you should receive an answer within that same business day. You can be assured that a representative will email or call you within 24 hours.

If you email or call after 3:00pm (M-Sat), you should receive an answer by the end of the next day business day. You can be assured that a representative will email or call you within 24-36 hours of your email, depending on when you contact MyCM.

Emergency, After Hours Service

Sellers, if your situation requires immediate attention and involves a problem with the website, please email AND leave a message at 404-625-5573. Someone will respond back to you as soon as possible during the hours of 9:00am ? 7:00pm. You can also contact your consignment sale owner and they will be able to contact us quickly.
