Step 1.  Create A User Account

All new consignors with Tot Trade must first create a User Account on our registration system.


All past consignors with Tot Trade who have already registered with our registration system and have created an account, go to step #2.

If you are not consigning and would like to volunteer with us, create an account and follow the links to our Volunteer options.

If you are a First Time Mom, create an account and follow the links to our First Time Mom information.

1. Follow the link below to complete our registration form

- Be sure to put your user Id and password in a safe place
for future use. You will need it each season for registration or anytime you need to go into your account.

Step 2.  Register for Tot Trade

To Register for Tot Trade's Fall 2008 Sale, click the button below.

You can also sign up for your volunteer shifts and drop off appointments.

(You must create your User Account (Step 1) before this step)

Step 3.  Online  Tagging (optional)

Using the new internet tagging system is optional to you.

If you prefer to handwrite your tags, feel free to do so.
If you prefer our tagging template, feel free to use it as well.
However, we’d love to encourage you to take advantage of the best online tagging system available.
Do your tags in half the time!

This system offers many wonderful benefits to you.

1. Your consignor number automatically enters itself on the tag

2. Enter your items easily (drop down menus for easy selection)

3. Manage your inventory. Create inventory lists

4. By using this system you will be able to track your sales! Tot Trade is not in "real-time" so be patient with us as we do
   our best to have each days bar-coded tags uploaded nightly. 

5. Barcodes are AUTOMATICALLY printed on the tag! No picking up barcodes and stickering them on!

6. No print codes. Enter your tags and print!

The benefits are great and the instructions are easy.  There is no reason for you not to try it. You will love it!
