And all of these mothers not only can’t wait to buy the merchandise inside, but are also happily volunteering their time to help the sale be a success! A business owners dream!

They are successful because they offer owners flexibility with owning a business that has low expenses. They do not have overhead, only runs a minimum of 2 times a year, and can be a secondary income and is FUN! Not to mention, that if the owner has children, it is a lot of fun to shop all of the goodies first. Your volunteers are not typically paid because they love being able to shop first before the public and receiving benefits from your event in forms of gift certificates, early shopping hours, higher percentages on their tagged merchandise, etc.

Monday through Saturday 9:00am – 3:00pm EST.

Contact before 3:00pm EST, a MyCM representative will respond within 24 hours (possibly 48 hours during high volume days). But typically, a representative will respond to you within 24 hours.

Contact after 3:00pm EST, a MyCM representative will respond no later than 48 hours.

MyCM will respond to your email or voicemail as quickly as possible. If you have contacted us and you have not received an email or a voicemail within the expected time period, please check your junk or spam folders for the email and/or your voicemail from the phone from which you called us. Verify if an email or voicemail was left there. If not, it is possible that customer service did not receive your communication. Please try again. It is a rare occasion that we would not get back to you within the 24-48 hour period.

  1. The system is case sensitive, so remember to make note of any capital letters in your passwords.
  2. If you already have a MyCM account and a User ID linked to your email address, the system will not let you create a new account. If this is your situation and the system is not accepting your User ID, then simply request that your User ID be sent to your email by clicking on ‘Reset my User ID?’.
  3. The system also does not allow a duplicate email address upon registration. So, if the system tells you that it cannot find your email, then you either are not registered in our system or you used a different email with your account.
  4. To avoid return emails from MyCM going to spam/junk folder, send an email to :myconsignmentmanager@myconsignmentmanager.com with the subject: testing to eliminate junk or spam folder.
